Hi, to date I have been very happy with my Edgars account. I have always paid my account on time and have not had any issues. I have on 3-4 occasions now requested a limit increase via the call centre only to be told the system doesn't qualify me. I don't get it, i have access to my ITC / Experian profiles and all my accounts have and is being conducted in a satisfactory manner. Can someone please explain to me what the problem is. The reason I wanted to apply for a limit increase is to make use of the Mango Flight options and my current credit limit does not suffice.
