I opened my account a few months ago the credit limit that they gave me was a bit to much for me so I decreased it verbally to R2500.00. Now after trying to increase my limit for 2 days I have finally spoken to a lady who says I am unable to increase my credit limit :( I was never told that it would be a problem if I needed to increase it. Need R6000 credit limit for my purchase but just feel like closing this account before even using it. Unhappy with the service I have received at this company!
