So last year I was offered a credit limit increase. I did not need the increase at the time because there was no reason for it. Now due to very unfortunate circumstances I need a credit limit increase for plane tickets. I asked if I can get the increase the offered me now as surely I do qualify for it and they just say "Sorry the offer expired we cant help you". Very nice.
So you are actually trying to force people to make more debt when they don't want or need it, but when they do need it you just say you.
You should change your thank you cards to " you" cards because that is actually what you say to your clients when they don't want to take the credit limit increase immediately.
After 12 year of being a loyal Edgards client and account holder I am seriously considering closing my account when paid off. It does not benefit me when I REALY need it. So why should I want it if I cant use it when I need it.
Thanks for nothing Edgars.
