My complaint to Edgars:

"I was offered a credit limit increase. I did not need the increase at the time because there was no reason for it. Now due to very unfortunate circumstances I need a credit limit increase for plane tickets. I asked if I can get the increase the offered me now as surely I do qualify for it and they just say "Sorry the offer expired we cant help you". So you are actually trying to force people to make more debt when they don't want or need it, but when they do need it you just say you.

You should change your thank you cards to " you" cards because that is actually what you say to your clients when they don't want to take the credit limit increase immediately."

Now ur staff phones me and say NO I DONT GET ONE.. Does anyone around there know what the is going on in that place. Your playing with people lifes with incompetence
