I have been with Edgars for over 10 years.
I have been trying to get my credit limite increased for the past 2 years now, everytime with the same excuse. Sorry you do not qualify for a credit limit. This after I receive an annual increase in my salary every year. I have since received a personal loan from a bank wo approached me, I have opened an account with a big retail company where my credit limit is almost the same as my salary, I regulary receive notifications from the retailers I have accounts with that they are increasing my credit limit. And Edgars is the only retailer refusing to increase my limit. I made a call to Edgars in March where I was told that someone will get back to me with regards to my request. On 15/04/2013 I made another call to Edgars - still nobody returned my call. I want to know what the reasoning is behind me not qualifying for an increase for almost 2 years now. All the other retailers are increasing my credit limits. I pay my accounts on a monthly basis and that is reflected on Edgars's system. It is my financial information they are working with and I want answers!
