Not so Incredible Service

Activated new card in store, tried using card and card declined. Raised query in store (Centurion) told that I would be contacted, 2 days later no call/feedback. Visited Menlyn branch, raised query about declining card, call centre contacted and assured all was fine with card. Went back to Centurion branch (printer ordered for me), tried charging it to the card and it declined! (credit available, no monies outstanding) 2nd new card issued and purchase eventually goes through. Go home and connect the printer, error message pops up to contact HP as its a system error. Go to Menlyn next day to get a non defective printer and try to charge the difference to the cad, declines! Return defective printer, acc credited. Contacted today by call centre and told that acc is in arrears but problem from their side which will take 3-4 working days to resolve. While relating my frustration to the unsympathetic agent, her colleagues giggle in the background. I ask her to tell them to be quiet to which she obliges, puts me on hold and then returns to assure me that she did tell them! The inbound call centre is a joke. No urgency or professionalism, totally shocking service.
