I bought an HP printer on 16/11/2012. It is a wireless printer and it worked perfectly for 4 months. then for some reason the printer would not connect wirelessly and with the USB cable. I returned it to Incredible connection William Moffet Retail Park in Port Elizabeth on Thursday 18th April and was promised that someone would call me on the Friday. No one did.
I contacted the manager Shaun on Monday and advised him of the problem - I also advised him that I wanted a replacement printer or a refund based on the Consumer Protection Act which allows the customer to choose whether they want repair/replacement or refund if the item is less than 6 months old, which mine is. So far I have phoned twice and I am still waiting for a response. I will never purchase anything from Incredible connection again.
