NO FEEDBACK, LACK OF SERVICE LEVEL AGRREMENT

2 weeks ago, I went to the nearest Absa branch, requesting a new credit card as mine had expired (already, I had not been notified or issued with a new card, as I was supposed to be contacted about this from the credit card division).

I called the contact centre and they said a new card will be issued within a week. A week later, I went to the branch a still no card! I called the contact centre again and they re-issued the card for me and said it will take another week. To date, its been a week and 2 days later and still no call or notification about the card??

What kind of service is this?? i expected much more!
