We were first time buyers in February from Homechoice, Firstly we were not happy with the free gift policy as it was included in the price. We paid for the parcel to be returned, faxed all documentation to Homechoice for the refund and its been 41 days since then and havent heard anything from HOmechoice. This is really unacceptable. Now Homechoice is listed on our ITC and says we got to wait also for 21 days for it to be removed. This is totally sad. I took myself off the homechoice advertisement site as to not to receive any mail forom them as to come and buy. I lost faith in a company that people speak so highly of and will really NOT make the mistake and purchasing again from homechoice. As the saying goes, First impressions Last.
