My phone was on Saturday night and I went to get a pre-paid one from Edgars at Northgate, I went to the cell phone counter and Ann said that unfortunately I would have to go to customer service as the card needed to be Fica'd, the queue at customer service was terribly long but after a while Ann came to see if I had been helped, she waited while the ladies there did the Fica and then went back to the cellphone counter with me to assist with getting my phone sorted out. She was lovely and caring and explained everything to me knowledgeably and could answer all my questions. She made what could have been a very annoying experience positively enjoyable and I left with a smile. Thank you very very much Ann, you made my day!
