Went into Edgars northgate to purchase shoes, 1st of all, no one could help me with my query, so I googled the running shoes I wanted, then went to the counter and they told me that I couldn't use my account because it hadn't been FICA'd. I done it 4 times already!!! Went to customer service and they put me on to Edcon accounts who were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They put me on hold for 15 min, everything is unresolved. Sort yourself out edgars, or you'll be loosing loads of customers
