BAD SERVICE

I must say we always HATE to go to Edgars Northgate, as it is the Edgars with the worst service ever!!!

It is close to work so we always go there but it is always a bad experience.

On 13/2/2013 myself and a co-worker went to Edgars Northgate when we got to the tills the system were off AGAIN (this is always a problem at this store).

Then after about a 15min we stood in the queue and waited with about 15 people in the queue they said they will help us manually, only one lady were helping, the other cashiers stared at the customers, we told the one to go and get another book to do it manually, but obviously she never returned.

They told us to go to customer services; we waited another 20min in the queue. Finally Selinah helped us, she didn't greet us nothing, and she kept on talking to her co-workers in her own language. When we greeted her again and asked why is it taking so long, she just replied - can't we see she is busy?? My co-worker asked her then, is she friendly? Where she replied she doesn't know with an attitude.

When she was half way busy helping us, she took the cloths and placed it on the counter next to her, and said the cashier next to her will
