Most people are quick to complain about everything that seems to go wrong, fair enough, but hardly take the time to appreciate when someone is polite and patient with you.
I've had a really stressful time with my Edgars account regarding the incorrect amount due being depicted on my accounts so i decided to phone into the call center. Being stressed and confused, i may have seemed a bit harsh, however, the lady i spoke to help me to understand all my queries and done it in such a calm and helpful way. Understanding that it may be their duty, i just would like to say thank you and that i do appreciate this service of Edgars / Edcon!
