In December 2012 a lady from Jet's dept. called me to confirm i had opened an a/c, i denied any knowledge of the a/c the lady then told me she would flag my account as a a/c and i had to go to any jet store and lodge a dispute and provide them with an affidavit and a copy of my ID - i did this but was contacted a few weeks later by a gentlemen from the department who was still asking about the a/c, i explained that i had lodged a dispute & he said he didnt see any record of it on the file so i filed another dispute & recieved a call in the evening from the department where a gentlemen informed me that the dispute has been recorded & was under investigation. a month ago (March 2013) I received a call from debt collectors where i was told i need to make a payment on my a/c - i re-explained the story to her and she transferred me back to the Jet dept where a different gentlemen told me he can see the notes on my file and that he will follow-up with his manager as to what was being done. today i recieved a call from Jets pre-lawyers, saying if the a/c is not mine i need to re-send the details to them.
CAN SOMEONE PLS HELP ME FINALLY RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!
