I have been logged a dispute at Ed-gars as from 22 December 2012 till today it's still not resolved but I did submitted my Affidavit, copy of ID as well as the form for Dispute. Even today I never received anything from them even a call that says they are still working on my dispute. Its quite disappointing the company that is trusted in the country wide provide such a bad service.
