Hi last year September I got a call from department telling me that I haven't paid my account and im on credit bureau now of which I have never opened an account with the store. I have lost my id 2010 and got affidavit for that submitted it to the store and filed in the form for dispute. I called department early this year to find out if the case has been investigated or rather say closed they told me they never received anything from the store (was real disappointed) I went back to the store only to find out the documents are just sitting in the file. they faxed them a week after but I never got any feed back from anyone and when I call department they do not answer the call.l I am real not happy because now I cant even buy a car or do anything because of this dispute. this morning I received an sms saying must improve my credit status by paying regulary and im just confused since I told them I don't know this account why didn't they close it or freeze it until they see who opened it. please help atleast with a number that I can call to get this thing sorted I still have copies with of the documents I submitted. im real real desperate now.
