I have a Tag Heuer Aquaracer wrist watch which needed new straps. I shopped around by emailing the different stockist of Tag Heuer watches e.g Wolff Brothers, Arthur Kaplan etc. Ernst from Arthur Kaplan came back to me before anyone else to notify me about stock availabiility and pricing. I then proceeded to make the payment and he arranged to have the straps collected from his suppliers and delivered to the Arthur Kaplan branch in Polokwane. Once the straps were there the branch contacted me and asked me to bring the watch in. They replaced the old straps with the new ones within minutes and very very fast friendly and efficient. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and i will most cetainly recomend Arthur Kaplan to anyone!
