Yet again i face frustration to the point of now getting my attorneys involved, i made arrangements with very helpful Anita from home choice regarding my account i gave her permission to raise a debit order and deduct payments every month. Literally a few days later their collections agency goes and puts a trace report on my credit bureau report what is wrong with home choice do they not train their collections staff. they are now refusing to remove it. How can they go put trace reports when their is already an arrangement in place.
i plan to take further action if this is not resolved the service is pathetic do the agents not read notes???
unethical behavior of agents who dont even know themselves is going on.
