I've just received my credit report from Transunion and noticed I've got a trace alert from DMC on it. I've been having an issue getting credit recently and as I've always had a good credit rating and no outstanding payments, I can only assume it's due to your trace alert.
Please advise soonest and remove such as this is not acceptable as I don't have any outstanding accounts or payments. If not resolved, I would have to seek legal advice.
