When people call you on your phone they should be polite and respect the client and not be rude and stop pestering people by phoning 12 times a day cause people are working and why is it that when a person pays or skips lets say one month their interest hikes more that a loan one made in a bank cause I don't understand how they work and every person that calls me has a different explanation than the previous person. I want to know why agreements are not recorded or arrangements cause you'll tell million people one thing the whole day.
