There was a acc opened in my name that I learned of from applying for a credit report last year. I subsequently received calls from a collections company on behalf of Home Choice to make a payment and informed the person calling that my banking details were compromised and I knew nothing about that account in question. I was advised to send a letter accompanied by an affidavit verifying this to the collections company and to Home Choice directly, which i did, in February 2013 already. I have just found out that the account is still open and no investigation has taken place through another collections company and that ihave been listedfor that account.

This is uncalled for because I have taken the correct steps to get this rectified and informHome Choice of the account. The documents requested were received, no investigation has taken place but theyve still gone ahead and listed me for that account.

What do I have to do to get this sorted ASAP??!!
