I recently logged a complaint against foschini for their poor servive regarding my blackberry torch that had been sent in for 'repairs' . After I logged this complaint I was contacted by the store to advise me that the phone has arrived and MTN has replaced it with a completely new handset. A month later and this phone is giving me so much of grief from the scrolling, etc and it keeps opening the camera app on its own. So I decide to reboot the phone and guess what, there a REFURBISHED sticker at the back!!! meaning I was given another phone that used and repaired??? I paid cash for two phones of which both have now been replaced by new handsets and both are acting up!!! I do not think that the manager at foschini knows the meaning of refurbished and I am disgusted at this service and the type of goods they stock/sell in this store. I actually have no words for FOSCHINI KEY WEST AND THEIR LACK OF ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
