Me and my 2 friends went to baby city yesterday afternoon at about ten past 5, as soon as we walked in the one lady working there made sure to let us know we are not welcome there because she wants to go home early, she then came running after us asking rudely if we are paying by cash or card, so a told her that im paying with my card and my friends wil be paying with cash, she walked away, we didnt even take 10min, and we stood at the till ready to pay, my friends went first and paid, i went pulled out my card to swipe and the lady started getting agitated with me saying the card machine is off and i have to pay cash when i saw that the card machine was still on and she's lying, so i VERY calmly told her that i dont have cash on me thats why i told her im paying with my card so why would she switch the card machine off, she then got even more rude sort of grabing my card swiping it not even a second and the payment was made, she then ripped the paper slip off thru it on the counter with the pen and then told me to sign very rudely, i can not believe how rude she was!!! that is by far the worst customer service i have experienced in my entire life!!! unbelievable!!!
