African Bank
Account details

This seems like a futile attempt to try and clear
my name, in order for me to rescind a judgment I need
a letter from African bank to state that my accounts has
been settled (or if there is still an outstanding amount) i would like to be informed if there is still an open account and details.

I would like clarity, i have spoken to so many
different call center agents that i lost track, and every time i ask for a reference number they say that i must use my Identity number, as a reference
I Need these details regarding my (operative word) MY account in order to restore my credit record
What i need to know is that do i have to file for access to information?
It seems that i have to enlist the assistance of an attorney just to see my account!

Which i think it is pathetic,

I have been harassing the attorneys that had the
account and they have informed me that they have
send the files back to African bank, the attorneys is VDM attorneys

I need is a letter stating that the accounts has been settled
so that i can proceed to rescind the judgements,
truly regret ever doing business with this organization
