As per my last complaint re a letter stating that my Foschini and sterns account have been closed and settled. I was advised to go to a branch in order to get this refund on my account. I have did this but wasn't helped as I needed proof of payments, surely being in credit is proof enough to show theres a credit. I am not going back to a branch to sort this out, I am also not interested in the refund as its a small amount .all I need is someone who can assist me and not send me from pillar to post. I need a letter stating that boththese accpunts have been paid up and that the accounts are closed. I needed it 2 weeks ago yet I cant get any assistance
