Embarassing smses

I am a loyal Identity customer who pays her account in time.

I've realised that Identity sends me this boring or if i can say embarrassing sms every month, apparently reminding me to make payment on my account.

It is common knowledge that an account is supposed to be paid every month before a certain due date given by a particular company- of which for Identity its normally the 07th of the following month.

Identity started by sending me smses around the 29th of the month kindly requesting payment or ignoring the sms if i had already settled my account. i had already done so, so i was not offended.

But to my surprise, last month they sent me that same sms on the 24th, and of course most people get paid on the 25th! I was really offended by that.

I suggest that they wait until the due date and send those smses to those clients who would've defaulted payment than to send this to everyone- even those who have already paid- or well before due date. IT IRRITATES!!

If someone is to get hold of my phone now, they might think i'm a bad creditor because of their smses and its embarassing....

And i guess its not only me... coz my aunt also has the same complaint.
