They don't want to issue me with a paid up lette

I am sick and tired of identity giving me the run around regarding my paid up letter and updating my credit report
I have settled the account a month ago and when I call to get the paid up letter i am told stories. I really don't know what is wrong with this store because it seems that their accounts department is not making an effort to update their systems. I will never buy in this store because the accounts department have no clue what their doing. All they know is give people high installments and call you everyday for payment. I paid the account now, so please update my credit report and give me my paid up later.
