I am a clubcard holder and need a replacement card. I have been to a store and they have provided little help advising that i should contact customer care. I have tried to call customer care on two occasions and yet have had to hold for an exceptionally long period of time without anyone actually taking my call before i eventually hung up.
The process is so long winded that i wonder if anyone even bothers to get a replacement card when they misplace theirs. As my wallet was i had to replace several other store cards and none were as frustrating as this. If someone does follow up on this complaint I will consider requesting a replacement however my Dischem card has been promptly replaced and I have generally favoured shopping there as i can earn rewards on my purchases.
I went to the website to complain about the very same matter and was not allowed to submit the complaint as i did not have my clubcard number - how am i supposed to do that if the card has been. Furthermore, it implies that if i have a bad experience at any of the chains stores i can only complain if I am a club member which is totally unacceptable customer service
