HOW MANY TIMES DOES ONE ASK TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT

I AM VERY ANNOYED, as per a telephone conversation I asked for some money to be refunded to me that was over paid and advising the ACCOUNT IS TO BE CLOSED I did say in my email to them AS PER OUR TELEPHONE CONVERSATION. Just to find to my surprise that there is now a LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP FEE or R32 and the account is still open.
PLEASE TELL ME WHY I WOULD WANT A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP FEE IF I AM TRYING SINCE JANUARY 2013 TO CLOSE THIS EDGARS ACCOUNT???
I want this account to be closed, I want this R32 to be reversed and I want a letter of apology from your management and confirmation that this account has been closed TODAY!!!

I will make sure that my whole family, friends and people on my social networks know about this and stop buying from any of your stores YES I HAVE THAT KIND OF POWER.

IF you can't do your job I am NOT going to pay for it.
I have sent 3 emails to Kealeboga with NO RESPONSE.
I want this account closed TODAY!!! I refuse to pay the life time membership fee.
