Good day,

I would like to state my total irritation with being a Clubcard member.

I have been a member for many many years, 0200134264914, as you will be able to pick up from my Clubcard number.

I have married 2 and a half years ago, and still I have not received a new card to reflect this, I have been told by many Clicks staff members that it is not necessary, although every time I need to go and fetch prescription medicine, the pharmacists are always confused as to who I am, and then I have to explain every time that I have married and my surname changed. Every time the pharmacist will then change my details, but the next month, the problem arise all over again, to my embarrassment.

It came to my attention now recently that I have more than 1 profile?

I have not received the newest clubcard booklet for Mother's day?

Please, I need all the matters to be sorted asap as I am getting VERY annoyed with the situation.

I have logged this complaint with Clicks online a week ago, but still no response?
