Over a year and still no ClubCard

I applied for my ClubCard in excess of a year ago. To date I still have not received my card or even 1 voucher. This leads me to believe I was probably never loaded on your system. What a waste of good points! I am so disappointed and have no faith in your systems. Maybe better if I stick to the competition who automatically give me points each time I swipe my card and where I got my permanent card instantly...
