My husband bought was bought a shirt at Eastgate they called for a set aside at The Glen. It was 02/11/2012, on Sat morning 03rd he went to the mall to exchange the shirt as he had a gift receipt. He got to the store and was helped by Sandra who checked for the set aside shirt and it was not there, they decided to check the shirt on the floor and the steamed it for him to put it on as he was rushing to wedding. All this happened between 9am-10am, unfortunately when he got home I saw that it was a wrong shirt we went back to the store around 2pm the same Saturday. Sandra told us that she can't help us as the shirt was already worn, our argument was in he morning he couldn't compare the shirt properly as it was being steamed and Trish did the exchange with the original shirt and just a tag from the other. Trish the operator even admitted that she never checked the colour nor make of the two shirts, and now Sandra blames the customer that he said it's the right shirt but they all the shirt to compare and they all failed. Sandra then called a lady Florida Da silva who spoke to my husband who agreed for the shirt to be changed but Sandra insisted that it was already worn and dirty.
