I had purchased some general food items and also bought a whole spatchcock chicken.
the expiry date said it was fine but when i had opened the packaging it was like a dead person was decomposing. i had guests at my home at the time, i can tell you that at the least it was disgraceful to have to experience something like that. needn't to say that i have since stopped supporting the franchise as i am afraid of this potentially occuring again. i have also made my family and friends aware of the matter and will spread the word. its disgusting to know that this is a major hygiene and health issue that you'll need to avoid as it could have dire consequences.
