I got a call from the Area Manager at Truworths Store in Fourways Mall regarding the shirt i returned after the return policy period... i get it!! BUT still, having to pay for a shirt that i can't use is! that shirt is their product, that still has their dockets attached to it, and a slip, it hasn't been worn, it is way too small and i don't even have an option of exchanging it for somethingels, which i don't mind getting even a more costly shirt as long as it fits!! now their accounts department is harassing me with endless calls to pay for a shirt that's in their store that i can't even use?? plzzz!! Id rather open a new account elsewhere where customers are treat like KING!
