My girlfriend had purchased a T shirt some time ago, however today i walked into Edgars Active in Midlands Mall to return an Adidas T shirt (exactly same colour and print) for a size down from the initial Large size.
After walking into the store a staff member asked for the reason of return i, said i have tried it on at home and it was a size to big. Now the staff person brings the t shirt in a Medium and so i page through the rack and take another t also in medium different colour.
Ready to pay for the other t shirt, the teller asks for the T being returned, i hand him the Large T, the slip and the Edgars plastic bag it was in.
Whilst im browsing the manager, Ved comes to the teller to tell me, that the T shirt I've brought has been washed and worn and why am i trying to return a used t shirt, - I mean who wouldn't be utterly frustrated by this remark/statement, that Me, -a honors student and business owner would do this? (im thinking i use these at gym and have a couple already). I told him please do me a favor since that's your comment, keep your t shirt, you have lost me as a customer.
He didn't even try to tell me hold on or can i take your detail down and try to help.
