Congratulations to Shoprite Mtubatuba! It used to be a hole to shop at but, since renovating, it has become such a pleasurable shopping experience! Even the tellers are friendly and no longer spend their time talking to one another and ignoring customers! Management is amazing and will bend over backwards to assist! Like when my son & I went to return some frozen goods which were off. We met the management whilst walking towards the store on a Sunday. Two managers were walking towards us and told us the shop was shut. We said okay we would return. They said, no way were we going to be turned away when we clearly have some of their merchandise in our hands and were heading towards the store! They asked what was wrong, were shown it, grimmaced at the contents then told us to come back anytime the store was open for a refund. They kept the merchandise. My son went by a day later and received full refund without any complaint and with a further apology! Whomever is our current Shoprite Mtubatuba manager and his co-management staff THANK YOU! Keep up the brilliant work!
