I have a huge issue with Russells people. How can they call my HR Manager and tell her i am not paying my accounts. As far as i know they do not have the right to discuss my accounts with anyone but me. They have my contact number why dont they ever call me. After being a very good customer with them they go on and tarnish my image at my place of employment like this. I am disgusted and irate right now and considering escalating this issue to the NCR!!!
