On the 08/11/13 i went to shoprite store once completeig my shooping a pregnant lady approached me asking me something after answering her she asked me if i wanted a discount, after refusing she and two other ladies grabbed my belongings and exited the shoprite,
when going to the management at the store the security pulled the video which showed nothing of the isle i and the ladies were on, so whats the use of having cameras if it doesnt show every isle? as a frequent shooper at shoprite this has put me off the store as a whole i will also tell my colegues as well as family not to make use of it, i didnt not feel safe at the checkers and the security could not assist with getting my stuff back, my purse with all my cash and cards were taken as well as my ID and cell phone, and my work keys which is all a cost to get back, i have to spend a huge amount of cash to get this back cash that i do not have if teh security was better at the store i wouldnt be in this situation. they dont even make you aware that there are or robbers in teh store as this has happend before to many people.
