BAD SERVICE FOR END OF MONTH

ITs the 01/09/2013 this means end of month!!
For Shoprite staff on duty this should be a breeze as they should have prepared for the influx of people..People have money they need to purchase goods..
Since Pick n Pay closed down in the Milnerton area, Shoprite has had the opportunity to better their services but they haven't.
Lousy Management, I purchased my goods got to a till and the CLOSED SIGN gets shoved in my face THEN three more tills proceed to close leaving customers to stand in a mile LONG QUEUE, I ask 3 Staff members where is your manager and i get told management is not present and the time is already 11 am..SO WHAT TIME DOES MANAGEMENT START OR DO THEY NOT HAVE TO BE ON DUTY ON A SUNDAY AND THAT IS WHY STAFF CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT TO. Since Pnp has left the Milnerton area, Shoprite has gone down in their service to clients as they know that they are the only shop in the area. If you cant handle the influx of clientele then you either need to close and let Pick n Pay come back as their service was faster and more efficient. SHOPRITE NO VALUE FOR MONEY. In future I shall rather travel all the way to Pick n Pay in Canal Walk!!!
