No sale dear Custome

On Saturday at approximately 12h00 I entered Markham to purchase a specific jacket seem previously in the store. I required the black style and they only had the grey one in stock. Eager to make the purchase I approached the sales assistant /manager to find out which store had them in stock.

The response was nothing more than shocking. Pam Naicker did everything to discourage the sale.
Her response:
"Because I don't have the style number there is nothing I can do"
"I cannot call the other stores on a Saturday"
"There is nothing else I can do"

I called Canal Walk from the store on my own cell, gave them the style number of the grey jacket and asked if they had the same in black. Unfortunately I did not get the assistant's name who was indeed able to help me. All this, while Ms Naicker WATCHED!!

I then approached her as I was ticked off that I had been able to get this information quite easily but that this is not my job but rather something that she is PAID TO DO. Her attitude was appalling. She pointedly told me that I could contact her area manager and turned her back on me in the shop despite still speaking to her.
NEVER AGAIN, MH TABLEVIEW. YOUR STAFF!
