Hi there, Yesterday my husband had attempted to purchase a suit Jacket from your Vincent Park and Hemingway Mall. The Suit Jacket was urgently needed, but not to wear immediately, but on his arrival in Durban this morning. While being at the store and purchasing the jacket, he had requested for a jacket cover to prevent the jacket from creasing. He was then told that before this can be done, he needs to purchase a full suit before getting a cover. With that he then called me and i contacted your head office whom advised that it is not a Markham policy. He then returned the Jacket to Vincent Park and I immediately contact Hemingway Park and spoke to a guy by the name of Brendan whom assured me that if my husband is to come to the store they can arrange a cover for his suit jacket that he'll be purchasing. Much to my surprise, my husband calls me back and states that they refused to give him a cover for a Suit Jacket. Now you tell me, how do you expect to provide exceptional Customer Service, when you not providing that at all. I am so disgusted. I am in Cape Town, my husband in East London, I would've expected better. Please contact my husband to resolve this on 0789785933
