Lying to Customers

I went to CNA Fourways at 5:30pm Saturday night to confirm stock of the Wii on special, Monde confirmed 2 black and 4 white units which we physically saw. Sunday morning i was number 5 standing in a line outside the store from about 7:20 am. When the store opened we were informed by the staff that only 4 white units were available and they do not have stock of the black units. when i questioned Monde about what he told us the previous day he denied showing us the 2 black units that were in his hand. Later on i was appalled to find out that they did in fact sell those black units off. the level of service is appalling. their manager was not there or available, and the staff did not try to assist us in any way. Monde even clicked his tongue at me. i don't expect that anyone will contact me even though i have left my details in store. no matter how desperate i may be, CNA will never again be a store i will ever walk into. and more!!!
