Club card points

I spent R7000.00 at spec savers beginning February 2013 and although clicks have acknowledged having the invoice i still do not have the points. The club card website is also almost not worth checking as the points do not seem to change for weeks - even though i know i have spent at clicks. It seems one should keep all your clicks till slips to make sure you are in fact receiving the points due to you. I have endless emails to clicks and have received some response but still no points. Have however received noreply to my latest email dated 7April 2013!!! Mrs. J Krynauw
