I am disgusted with the way I was treated at the Triple Seven store in Canal Walk. In December, a few days before Christmas, I purchased a ladies pleather tan jacket from the store to the value of R600. On Friday, I wanted to wear the jacket and noticed the material is peeling off. When informing the sales consultant at the store yesterday, we were told that he cannot do exchanges and there is no manager on duty. He first requested us to go to the Traffic store (sister company), or come back today!! We insisted to be helped and he called a Zaid Mohammed -supposedly the Area Manager and explained that we would like to exchange the jacket as it was damaged. We also mentioned that the jacket has never been worn and we were unable to find the slip but all the original tags were on the jacket. The Area Manager insisted that he was unable to accommodate us without a slip as the jacket could've been. He gave us the details for the head office. I also called Melissa - supposedly the Complaints Manager (useless)... she explained the company policy and asked me to call HER back today!! What happened to customer service?? After this experience, I want a full refund!!
