Today, I had to collect a script for my daughter for a Schedule 6 drug. As I approached Suri Niemand at her station, I thought she looked very grumpy. The script had expired and Suri phoned the number for the doctor. He answered the phone and she asked who was speaking, he then asked her who she wished to speak to. She burst into an uncontrollable rage and told the doctor he was unprofessional and hurled a whole string of abuse at this poor man and slammed the phone down. She would not phone the doctor back and sent us away. I then approached the Store Manager and he then tried phoning the doctor, who must have seen it was the number for Dischem and would not answer the phone. The Store Manager could not help as it was a Schedule 6 medicine and he went to speak to Suri, who would not budge. My daughter then tried to speak to her. First she walked away and left my daughter standing for ages and then my daughter begged her to help as she was feeling terrible and needed her medicine. Suri refused to help. I am absolutely gobsmacked at this display of blind, uncontrollable age over such a petty thing. Sies on you Suri, you are a disgrace to Dischem
