False information

I was just in cotton on where they having a nothing over 250 in the store sale, I picked up a jacket and asked if its on sale a sales assistant told me yes. When I got to the till Tasneem told me that jacket isn't, I went on to explain ur advertising is wrong and they sales assistants are misinformed, I walked out with not as much as an apology from Tasneem very bad service
