I phoned Defy service centre in Bloemfontein Thursday 10 January 8:00am to log a call, to repair my stove. I told the lady at the service centre, itis very urgent, because I have visitors for the weekend. She logged the call, and promised me that one of their people will phone me on Friday at the latest to repair the stove. Johan phoned Friday 11:00am, to informed us, that he can't attend to it n Friday, because he want to be afternoon off. He promised to attent to it on Monday 14 January, after hours. If he spoke to me I would have told him, that he have to repair the stove on Friday, because, we have visitors for the weekend. He did not pitched up to today, or even phoned to make other arrangements. It is already Thuesday today. Maybe he want to atend to the problem next year. I am very dissapointed in Defy, and are not happy at all. Maybe they have enough work, that they don't care about customers.
