Bought a brand new Defy Oven from a supplier in Potch. The oven's Temp. does not stay constant. I have had a Defy Employee here twice in one week to come and fix it. It is still not fixed. Everything I put into this oven burn's. I try calling Defy and have to hold on for long period's of time and in the end I still don't get through and my problem is not solved yet. On Friday 31.01.2014, I Phoned the guy that came out to me and asked him to get Defy to phone me, as once again my food burned and my oven was still not fixed, its Wednesday the 5th of Feb and still have not yet heard anything back from Defy. I do not want this over anymore, I want a new one! Pathetic service from Defy. Will never buy anything from Defy ever again!
