This is so totally unacceptable. I ordered 3 items from [URL Removed] and paid the same day. My package arrived yesterday. When I opened it up 2 items were correct and 1 item was totally incorrect.
When I contacted the help line a gentleman informed me that it takes 3 days for them to collect the incorrect item - then 1 or 2 weeks to go through a process and only then will the correct item which I paid for and which incidentally is a birthday present be dispatched to me.
Why is this my problem - Kalahari dispatched the wrong item - this is totally unacceptable.
