Good day, on Friday 4th I reported stove Defy Gemini Model DBO427 - 066 920 bottom element not working - Ref 68275. On Tuesday the technician arrived with guess what
a watermelon under the arm -- nooo, a pineapple under the arm - nooo, a stove element - you must be crazy. Took one look said he would order the part, I asked why not fetch it, its about 4 - 5 km to your depot. No cannot only allowed to get spares on Thursdays, no exception! Guess what Thursday has come and cone ans still nothing, despite the fact that he promised that he would phone if he could not make it.. So my message to all and sundry who will listen to me is DO NOT BUY DEFY!!
